Mr. Divakara Rao Kinthali is the founder and Managing Director of CADTECH Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is also Director of HEI Design Center Pvt. Ltd. (HEMA Group Company) acquired by CADTECH in 2016.
Mr. Divakara Rao Kinthali has 27 years of Techno – Commercial experience in Mechanical Product Design, Tool Design and Development of Plastics and Sheet Metal for Automotive and General Engineering industry with proven track record of turning companies into profitable business units.
Mr. Rao holds Bachelors of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad and also did specialization in Tool Design from Central Institute of Tool Design.
Started career with family Tool Room – Choice Precitech India Pvt. Ltd., worked as an Executive Director for 7 Years, successfully managed Design and Manufacturing of Plastics & Sheet Metal Tooling and Part Production with 200+ team.

Project Manager
Srinivas possesses 17+ years of experience in Automotive (Passenger Car and Commercial Bus) and Metro Rail domains. He carries vast working experience with the Global leading OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and Engineering service organizations.
He spent almost 7 years in General Motors and worked on many Local and International passenger car programs. He has very good practical experience in design and development of automotive vehicle.
He was instrumental in developing a team of 60+ working for Alexander Dennis, UK account in KPIT Technologies. Under his leadership the team had delivered numerous projects of single & double decker Buses and Coaches.
He has good exposure of working with global clients and understanding of their work cultural environments.
Srinivas holds Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
